To give you a few more examples...
The first one gets 'street cred' for the spray paint look, but might not score well with judges because it took only a few minutes to make (I should know ). The second one is really cool, but the club colors aren't 'bold' enough. The third photo has two flags that have (former) club colors and took time to make with cut-outs, applications, etc.

So, these don't have to be a traditional flag on a pole? They can be flags, banners, overheads, 2poles, ect...?
I would say limit it to traditional flags on poles.

(but I'd say yes, actual pole flags you can wave are what we are looking for. The above pics are design ideas only. 'Banners' would not be flags.)

Deadlines and Rules:
Now-March 5: send in photos and / or videos of you planning and making your flag. Campaign for your flag to be the winner in the GOALSeattle.com forum thread!
March 5...Flags Must be DONE! Prove you are finished with final photos or video of your flag! LAST DAY to submit photos and videos.
March 5-8...Voting and Judging
March 9...winner announced and season ticket awarded
Flags will be judged / vote on using the following criteria:
1. Use of Sounders FC club colors 2. Uniqueness 3. Difficulty of design 4. How well their creations are documented through photos or videos sent to GOALSeattle.com 5. Flag must be at least 3 feet tall by 5 feet long and flyable at matches.

Got mine started; airborne. It's a little dim. Gotta love the after work, "oh-shit-it's-getting-dark" effort though.
*1/19 revision. Still damn dark. Can I get some sunshine!?! Little better. Will post a pic that looks better.
